Every driver is checked first.
Nobody accepts a single trip on TakeMeThere until they have passed identity and vehicle checks — full KYC on the person and the car they will be driving.
- Driver identity and vehicle verification before their first trip, not after.
- When you are matched, you see the driver's name, their vehicle and their rating before they arrive.
- You confirm it is the right person and the right car before you get in.
The ride is on the record while it moves.
From pickup to drop-off, the trip is tracked end to end — and the people waiting on you can follow along.
- Every ride is GPS-tracked from start to finish.
- Share a live trip link and family or friends watch your ride move on the map until you reach.
- An SOS button sits inside every active ride, with your live location attached when you press it.
- In-app chat lets you and the driver sort out pickup details — phone numbers stay private.
Nothing disappears when the ride ends.
The trip record stays available so any concern can be looked into properly, and a real person answers when you write in.
