Plan your day ashore

You have a few hours, so plan them. Book a ride from near the terminal to the places you want to see, and add several stops to see more than one in a single ride.

• See your estimated fare in TT$ before you book.
• See your driver's name, vehicle, plate and rating before pickup.
• Chat with your driver in the app to agree where to meet.

Get back before all-aboard

Book your ride back well before all-aboard. Pre-book it up to a week ahead if you already know your plans, or book as early as you can on the day. Check your cruise line's guidance for pickup points.

Cash or wallet

Pay cash in TT$ or pay from your wallet. You can top up the wallet by card in the app or at takemethere.taxi/topup. You need an Android phone with mobile data to book.

Scarborough, Tobago

In Tobago, rides are available where drivers are online near you. Check the app when you step off the ship, and have a plan B for getting back.
