How do I pay?

You pay the rental firm at collection. Nothing is paid in the app.

Who provides the cars?

Licensed rental firms only, and every car is R-plated.

What do I need to request a car?

Your driver name, licence number and issuing country, and you confirm the minimum age. A minimum age applies.

Who confirms my booking?

The rental firm confirms your request. You then get a booking code to show at handover.

Can I cancel?

You can cancel before collection. Each firm policy is shown in the app.

Where do I collect the car?

At a collection point the rental firm lists, including airport pickup points where a partner offers one. You can also book a normal TakeMeThere ride there.

Are there condition photos?

Yes. Walk-around photos are taken at collection and at return.
