Your ride, step by step
Sign up
Create your account in the app with your mobile number.
Set pickup and destination
Drop a pin for where you are and where you are going. Add several stops if you need them.
See your estimated fare
The fare shows in TT$ before you book. The final fare follows the actual route and time.
Get matched
You see your driver's name, vehicle, plate and rating before pickup.
Follow the ETA
A live ETA countdown uses current traffic to show when your driver arrives.
Chat
Message your driver in the app to sort out pickup details.
Ride
Every active ride has an SOS button inside it.
Pay
Pay cash in TT$ or from your wallet.
Receipt and rating
Get a shareable receipt in the app and rate your ride.
Safety at every step
Drivers have their identity, documents and vehicle checked before their first trip. In every active ride you can call police or ambulance, text your emergency contact with your location, or contact support. You can also send your driver's name, plate and vehicle by message to someone you trust. Read the full safety page.
Payments
Pay cash in TT$ to the driver, or pay from your wallet. Top up the wallet by card in the app or at takemethere.taxi/topup, and send wallet credit to family and friends with gift codes. Verified riders get a reduced rate and can add a pickup bonus to get a driver faster.
Plan ahead
Pre-book up to a week ahead and cancel for free until an hour before. Set ride preferences such as bags, pet, or a note to the driver.

How do I pay?
Pay cash in TT$ to the driver, or from your wallet. You can top up the wallet by card in the app or at takemethere.taxi/topup.
Can I talk to my driver?
Yes. You can chat with your driver in the app, and calls are also possible during a ride.
Do I get a receipt?
Yes. Every ride has an in-app receipt that you can share.
