Getting around T&T has always run on trust — knowing the driver, knowing the price, knowing somebody is expecting you. We wanted that trust built into the app itself, so it is there every trip, not just when you are lucky.

A few things we will not compromise on.

• Safety is the default, not an upgrade.
• The price you see is the price you pay.
• Cash is not a second-class citizen.
• Drivers are partners, not numbers.
